Your Daily Commitment

 

1 hour total:

Morning practice: 20 minutes

Evening practice: 20 minutes

Reflection or reading: 20 minutes

Weekly live sessions with Dr. Home:

Thursday, 8:00-9:15 am SGT/CST/WITA

Whats Required

 

You must have:

  • Completed the whole 88-day journey

  • Genuine desire to restart your practice

  • Availability for all 28 days

  • Willingness to support fellow alumni

You'll commit to:

  • Daily practice without exception

  • All four weekly sessions (or watch recordings within 48 hours)

  • Supporting your practice partners

  • Writing a final reflection

This renewal is offered freely.
