About MindKindness Global Practice (MGP)

Why do you need MindKindness Global Practice during the time of chaos and change?

The beautiful and turbulent world we live in continues to challenge and encourage us to go deeper into our inner life and expand outward into global connections.  We need to have an “island of sanity” so we can know who and what we can trust.  We need consistency, regularity of practice in order to have a peaceful mind and a loving heart.  More than ever, we need the support of a learning community to learn and grow together.

What is MindKindness?

MindKindness is both a self-awareness practice and a leadership development framework. In this program, you will practice MindKindness as a way to create actionable, sustainable, and lasting change and well-being.

How it Works

At least two times a week, MindKind Institute team of highly skilled hosts and facilitators will guide MindKindness practice and facilitate a dialogue to learn from your experience with other participants.  The program works best when you attend regularly, but can benefit from attending on a drop-in as you can basis.

What is the cost to participate in this program?

None.  This program is offered on a donation basis.  When you have experienced the benefits of the program and would like to make it possible for others to participate, you can make a donation to sustain and expand the program to as many people as possible.

Duration: 60-minute session. The first 30-minutes includes the guided practice of MindKindness. The second 30-minutes includes the facilitated dialogue. You may stay for the full hour or just for the first 30-minutes if you like.

When: We will have weekly sessions to accommodate various time zones. You are welcome to join us for any of these sessions.
