About MindKindness

MindKindness is both a mindfulness practice and a leadership development framework. We practice MindKindness as a way to create actionable, sustainable and lasting change. Below are the eight steps of practicing MindKindness to address any challenge with greater awareness, intentionality, presence, perspective, curiosity, acceptance and compassion.
