A 90 minute Research-Based and Experiential Seminar
Presented by Dr. Home H.C. Nguyen, Ed.D
Many leaders experience stress and anxiety due to challenging business environments, complex relationships, and demanding responsibilities. This introductory seminar draws on research and experiential exercises to give participants a practical “toolkit” to use in daily life to help reduce stress, improve clarity of thought, and gain confidence in their career and leadership decisions.
This seminar will use emotional intelligence as the platform upon which to showcase three trending and creative approaches to coaching that use a more holistic approach to deepen ones understanding and management of emotions. Emotional Intelligence has been a break-through methodology in coaching leaders at all levels to broaden their understanding and management of their own emotions as well as to increase their understanding of others’ emotions.
