Many leaders experience stress and anxiety due to challenging business environments, complex relationships, and demanding responsibilities. This introductory seminar draws on mindfulness and leadership research and experiential exercises. It gives participants a practical “toolkit” to use in daily life. Participants will learn how to reduce stress and anxiety, improve clarity of mind, and gain confidence in their career and leadership decisions. This seminar will also use emotional intelligence as the platform upon which to showcase creative approaches to executive coaching and leadership development.

He has taught courses on Self-Awareness Training, Interpersonal Group Dynamics, and Adult Development at Columbia Business School and Yale School of Management.
