Are you feeling stuck in your career, or unsure about your direction?

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

This group coaching program is designed to support professionals who are navigating important career decisions, and grappling with the challenges and uncertainties that come with them.

Which job is the best choice for me?
What is it that I really want in my career?
How can I pursue what I really love and make enough money?
What do I do if I’m not happy at the job I thought I wanted?

If questions and doubts like these sound familiar, and you’ve been at a loss finding the answers on your own, you’ve come to the right place.

Why Group Coaching?

Group coaching creates the space for you to tune back into your inner voice and get the support you need to choose your own direction, with purpose and conviction.

By working together with a small group of your peers, you will gain the clarity and self-awareness needed to develop effective strategies and take deliberate steps toward a successful and fulfilling career.

The goals of our coaching is customized for the unique challenges and goals of each group, but may include topics such as...

  • How to navigate the job search or step into a new role with mindfulness, focus, and being intentional.

  • How to strengthen your ability to focus your mind and better prioritize your goals and career choices.

  • How to develop greater social/emotional intelligence and self-management skills.

  • How to build supportive and aligned relationships with peers, colleagues, supervisors, and mentors.

  • How to develop greater self-awareness that will allow you to effectively identify and leverage advancement opportunities, and build a career that is aligned with an authentic sense of self.

Home is an executive coach that uses mindfulness to harness his clients’ full potential. The group coaching format allows one to engage in collective discourse while offering accountability and professional development. I greatly enjoy his facilitation and leadership on topics that are essential to all executives operating in today’s volatile business environment.

Our Integrative Approach

At MindKind Institute, we specialize in integrating mindfulness and self-awareness training with career development. Our approach aims to clarify and integrate your core personal values and life purpose while supporting you to navigate relationships, academic, and career challenges.

This program combines four learning and experiential strategies applied over a six-month period.

2. Weekly Exercises and Practice

After each call, participants will be given a weekly assigned or challenge. The purpose of this is to further the learning and insight gained during the call or to forward action in an area where you are stuck or stagnant. You will then have the opportunity to reflect on this work on the next call.

1. Weekly Group Coaching Calls

The group will meet twice per month via group video calls for live coaching with our faculty coaches. Individuals will be chosen collectively each call and the group will hold space through this process. The remainder of the call will be held for group feedback and reflection.

4. Group Support and Feedback

Through our work as a group, you will share insights and personal feedback with one another throughout the engagement. This will provide encouragement and accountability and foster a sense of community and shared progress. This is crucial because transformation and growth is catalyzed when we are supported by those in the same process.

3. Customized Content and Resources

Based on the unique challenges and focus of the individuals and group, our faculty will provide or suggest relevant resources to further your growth. These resources include personal assessment tools, workshops, reading and video content to name a few.
