Our Integrative Approach

At MindKind Institute, we specialize in integrating mindfulness and self-awareness training with career development. Our approach aims to clarify and integrate your core personal values and life purpose while supporting you to navigate relationships, academic, and career challenges.

This program combines four learning and experiential strategies applied over a six-month period.

2. Weekly Reflections and Practices

After each call, participants will be given an assignment or challenge. The purpose of this is to further the learning and insight gained during the call or to forward action in an area where you are stuck or stagnant. You will then have the opportunity to reflect on this work on the next call.

1. Three Monthly Group Coaching Calls

The group (typically 6-8 people) will meet three times per month via group video calls for live coaching with our faculty coaches. Individuals will be chosen collectively each call and the group will hold space through this process. The remainder of the call will be held for group feedback and reflection.

4. Group Support and Feedback

Through our work as a group, you will share insights and personal feedback with one another throughout the engagement. This will provide encouragement and accountability and foster a sense of community and shared progress. This is crucial because transformation and growth is catalyzed when we are supported by those in the same process.

3. Customized Content and Resources

Based on the unique challenges and focus of the individuals and group, our faculty will provide or suggest relevant resources to further your growth. These resources include personal assessment tools, workshops, reading and video content to name a few.
